SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Service.  Pricing will vary dependent upon the weight/size of the order.  Most orders will incur shipping costs between $6.00-$9.00.  Orders are received, processed and shipped to their destinations with 3-10 business days.  Any orders received after 12 noon EST will begin processing on the next business day.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Most items may be shipped to  P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address, but some restrictions apply. Overnight service is not available.

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE:
CANADA

Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.  We ship via USPS, please expect delivery within 5-10 business days from the ship date.  Please note that all orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the customer.  Please check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.  Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs willl be charged an additional shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS (OTHER THAN CANADA):
We apologize but currently our products can only be shipped to or billed to destinations within the United States and Canada.  We apologize for any inconveniece.


RETURN POLICY:
Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return.  Please be sure of your purchase before ordering.  If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, your claim must be received within 7 days from the date you received your order.

Gifts may be exchanged within 7 days of the day that the package was received.  Items must be unused.  If you are returning a purchase, please use an insured and pre-paid method.  Include your packing slip and the reason for your return.

We apologize but shipping and handling fees are not refundable on retuns. 
We do not issues cash refunds.
